Recording & Media Consent

I understand that Realign to the Design conversations may be livestreamed and recorded. If selected to participate, I authorize Conscious Nation Innovations to use my name, image, voice, likeness, and comments from the conversation in the livestream, recording, replay, edited clips, and related educational or promotional content, including website and social media content, without compensation.*
